This blog is set up to be a continual reference for you to get all the tools you need to be a successful Grocery Smarts Manager. It is also a place where we as managers can exchange ideas on things that may be working well (or not so well) in our particular areas. The only people who are allowed to read this blog are those who have been hired to recruit and train new GS Instructors, so feel free to comment and share any ideas you may have.
Also, if there is anything you feel we need to add for new instructors, or if you come up with a better version of one of our files, SHARE it!! I have put everything together based on "what-I-wish-I-had-when-I-got-started", and with lots of new areas opening up soon, it is time we streamlined everything.
